Production Designer on the feature film Heidi, The film was set loosely in the 1940s. The brief being to create period elegance rather than re create the period faithfully. I gathered a team of Concept Artists, Art Directors, Construction and Props teams to produce initial concept sketches and developed them into mood boards for the whole creative team to work to. These were worked up into construction drawings and details for the set builders. Shooting in the Manchester area, The Cantabria region in Spain and interior sets in India. I produced over 70 sheets of construction and detail drawings for the sets, furniture and light fittings together with colour references and concept sketches. Below is a small section.
