Rachel Pierce is an award winning Art Director. She gained a BA in Interior Design From Birmingham University and an MA from Kingston University in Film and Television Design, and an RTS award for her outstanding work on "The Royal Family". She has worked at several Production companies including Rag Doll, Granada, BBC and Lime Pictures. She has a wealth of experience of Children's Television as well as Prime Time. She has been involved in Contemporary and Period drama. Rachel has worked as Production Designer in her own right on several productions.
Rachel also works as an illustrator, prop maker and Jewellery Designer, on Dramas and feature films.

Paul Rowan is an award winning Production Designer with over 35 years working on a wide range of Films and Television shows. With a portfolio from studio based quiz shows, Period drama, Children Television and International Feature Films. Paul was fortunate enough to work with and be trained by some of the most gifted and talented designers in the industry whilst he was a staff designer at Granada Television. Originally taken on as a Trainee Design Assistant, he worked his way up to Production Designer over the 20 years at the broadcaster. In that time he developed the traditional skills of sketching, location survey, hand drafting construction drawings and location plans. He was also expected to diligently research just about any subject required by the production. Paul designs these days almost exclusivly in the digital world, but still uses hand drafted construction drawings where the production requires.
He also works as a VFX supervisor on various projects and understands how the traditional Production Design skills and the techniques of modern CGI work in harmony. He has trained many entrants into he film and TV design world over the years, many now successful members of the Art Dept in their own right
